The first phase of training is an intense classroom style approach conducted at our Ft. Lauderdale, Florida headquarters.

The second phase includes on-site field training, typically held at the affiliate's office. This helps the affiliate open a line of communication with local adjusters, gets office procedures in sync, and First General software on-line.
